Club Activation Application

Complete the following information to register your club for the 2023-2024 season. A club must have one person designated as the Club Director who will be the primary contact for the club with the region and an Assistant Club Director who will be the secondary contact. The Assistant Club Director will take over any primary duties if the Club Director is unable to fulfill their duties.  The Club Director & Assistant Club Director must be current full adult registered members, must have passed the USAV background  screening, completed the SafeSport Certification and submit the Club Directors Code of Conduct.

Following the completion of this registration and Region approval, Administrators for new clubs will be emailed a link to claim their new SportsEngine club HQ. Once a club HQ is claimed, they will have permissions to that club and the ability to add other administrators to the HQ.
